Tonight I got a little adventurous in the kitchen. I had a craving for tomatoes and chicken so I decided to combine the two. I sliced a tomato and an onion, popped a chicken breast in the skillet and cranked up the heat. I made some instant cous cous to complement the chicken. After browning the chicken in olive oil and Montreal Chicken seasoning, I threw the tomatoes and onions in the skillet and let it all simmer for a bit! DELICIOUS!
